I was visiting Pärnu in Estonia - a few weeks ago. Near the beach they have made some fountains with changing lights. It was difficult to get an picture dur-ing the day - because it was warm - and people went into the fountain to cool.. So one evening I took this picture with a shutter time of 1s, aperture of f/3.2 with my canon s3is on a tripod. My initial idea was to make an HDR - but the fountain was changing to fast (I did not want to use a lot of time editing the photo afterwards;)). But it still turned out to my satisfaction. I specially like the effect that the long exposure gives the water.

Nice job! The top half of the photo looks almost like a painting.

Very nice. Now, if we could just get some fountains in southern Colorado like that!
