Inserting Flickr pics in posts?

How do I go about inserting a Flickr photo in my posts here? I just opened a Flickr account and uploaded photos and I'm not sure how to go about getting the url of the photo... unless of course I just r.c. the photo and click properties...?

for any post in the General Discussion forum except General Chit Chat.. you can use this method as stated in this thread :)
