Hi,
We were going to the park today so I packed the camera and the iced water bottles. When we got to the park my daughter thought that she might be big enough now to go on th flying fox. I barely had enough time to get the camera out and snap some photos before it was over. She was indeed big enough, with this photo being just after her fall off on the second run. It was only after a few minutes I realised that everything looked odd (blame it on the sunny day, glare off the screen and literally just holding the camera, seeing that she was in the shot with head and feet and clicking). It turned out the lens was foggy and very cold after being next to the water bottles.
Reading the 'before and after' forum posts actually inspired me to get stuck in and see if I could fix this pic up a bit.
I'm working with a Kodak Z740. I don't have Photoshop so just used the Koday EasyShare software I got with the camera. I cropped, adjusted brightness and contrast and automatically enhanced. I didn't expect a whole lot of improvement but I'm really pleased with what I got.
While I can't say it's an incredible shot, it is one that captured my daughter's happiness and for that I'm really glad I could tidy it up.

Please be gentle with the comments (this is my first post)
Cheers
