New Posts button

I've been assuming that this forum works like others I've visited and hitting the "New Posts" button at the top brings up all the threads that have been added to since the last visit, except I'm only getting a handful of threads each time.

I'd written it off as a quiet board, but then I noticed that actually traffic is much higher, they're just not coming up in the "New Posts" list - am I using it wrong? Is there another quick way to see new activity without going into each and every board as I only really get a chance to visit once or twice a day at max!

the "new posts" button works for me. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for you. You have to be logged in to use it, but I don't think you see it if you're not logged in anyhow...

Stabs in the dark that might have something to do with it:
- cookies
- browser cache
- leaving the DPS window open

though they probably aren't related...

Definitely logged in, not leaving the DPS window open.

Not sure about cookies and browswer cache - it's on the usual defaults I think - no problems with similar forums. I'm using Firefox though - would that be the problem do you think?
