Pentax lenses now for rent!

Just thought I'd share some good news with everyone. Pentax lenses are now available for rent at cameralensrentals.com (http://www.cameralensrentals.com). They have perfect reviews from resellerratings and their prices look competitive. They even have a 15% off for first time renters. I'm planning on renting a lens from them soon for a trip. They ship all over the US.

Hopefully getting my hands on expensive glass doesn't get me too spoiled!

Well that's interesting, I've been wanting to play with a pancake lens to see what the fuss is. They are cheaper than I expected them to be; heck of a lot cheaper than the local place that only rents Canon and Nikon stuff!

Remember shipping, though. It's $27 round trip by either FedEx or USPS. They will group shipments I think.

Ah good point, but they are still renting by the week, while the local place I was looking at rented by the DAY, with weekly prices being upwards of $100 a week for most lenses.

Please let me know how your experience goes with them if you do use them for that trip!

I'll be sure to let you know how it goes. However, I'm not actually taking the trip until the end of July. Guess I got a little paranoid about getting my reservation for the lens in early =].
