What do you think of this one. How can it be improved?

the model is great but too much background, crop a lot tighter its a great shot

Yes on cropping: if her face and shoulder were nearer 1/3 sweetspot, it is a stronger view. I would also back off a little on contrast and adjust for a more natural hair color, but that's asking too much. Crop, good shot.

Well, yes, think you are right about cropping. I cropped it in two different ways, i like it cropped more. Thanks.
