can somebody tell me how to do to post the exif data of my pictures? thank you again!

If you look at your photo on flickr, click "more properties" on the right... you can see it all listed there for you. [see below]

Thanks for your question. Others may look for different EXIF data but my personal picks are ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and camera/focal length of lens used. That gets me in the ballpark as far as the basics of the shot. Occasionally I may follow up with a question about flash, white balance or other areas. As you can see, there is a 'ton' of EXIF data available but most of it can be left off your posting. Having the basic info does help me considerably when offering a critique.

If you were in front of a Venetian blind window, it would serve you well to reconsider it as a background: it's just noticeable enough to look like a badly-printed photo. Your photo is good, although getting the face lit better than the chest would direct attention to a more effective spot.

What's the sculpture's height?
