My favorite type of bloom shot, time of year, and subject. I would encourage waiting for sunlight to strike your blossom, though, because of the dimness of color the shade causes. Sharpness is an issue: here, it looks as if at the last split second before shutter release, Auto-focus was still working, or you leaned away some. Just the smallest bit is in sharp focus; the Sun might also help there.
