Working with my new 35mm f3.5 lens.

New to taking quality macro shots, and wondering if this holds any interest.
I personally like how the petals are blurred and you get just a glimpse of the inside.
Does that work for the shot? Would it be better if I did a shot with f11, or 22?

Should it be cropped a different way? I have only tilted it slightly and crop to match.

Thank you for your time :)

I think you did a super job framing the inside of the flower with the petals.
Very nice work. Lots of color. I like it.

Technically: WOW!

As an image: Uh-uh.

I really like the 'idea' of the shot but think that the 'softness' doesn't support the stamen focus-too much 'soft lilac' to take in.
