hihi, I'm a newbie here, so I'm posting my pics for comments...I really need them for improvement..

I like this one a lot. You have managed to get a good sense of movement, panning to keep up with the foreground player but causing the ones further away to be increasingly blurred. The colours have also come out well - strong and distinguishable from the background.

The composition is reasonably good and, of course, impossible to arrange in the midst of the action. I might be inclined to crop a little off the left of the picture - there is more empty space there than on the right.

Also, try a lot more pictures like this. If you can get the same basic features then you stand a good chance of capturing an amazing shot where the composition comes together as well.
