Hello to everyone on DPS,
Wherever one looks to compare DSLR's there is a decent amount of information about most requirements, but I can never seem to find enough information to compare "dynamic range" between various manufacturers and models. Does anyone know where I can find this information on the web.

There isn't really much difference, bit depth is probably the closest number to what you're looking for. More bits = more stuff in between white and black.

Bit depth is another way of asking the question, so where can I find a bit depth / dynamic range chart for various dslrs. Does anyone know?.

dpreview.com (http://www.dpreview.com) is where I go for technical specs on cameras. I believe the do dynamic range testing in their reviews so they should have what you're looking for.

Some cameras also do better or worse given the same bit depth to work with. DPreview does cover this in most of their reviews, for dSLRs at least.
If this is your ultimate concern and you have money to burn, Fujifilm's FinePix S5 Pro is hands-down the winner, since they use a special version of Fuji's SuperCCD sensor designed to increase dynamic range. They use the Nikon lens mount (basically Nikon bodies with their sensor and electronics), so even if you don't have two grand to drop on a camera body right now, betting with Nikon might be the way to go.
