This was taken at last years BSB meeting at Donington Park. It was my first time taking bike pics, i had a play with settings (never done manual settings before) and the camera was new to me. I know I need to work on the focus.

Cant wait for this year as I have a new 50-500mm but need some tips to help me get better results.

Great composition! You really capture the action here. It looks a little overexposed, so you end up loosing some detail on the biker. Or that could just be a bad reflection, I'm not sure.

The rider may be exposed properly, but I can't tell because the rest of the shot is just way too bright. But I do like how you've frozen him the way you did.

So not bad for a first attempt?

I really enjoyed myself taking these pics (i love bikes anyway) so really want to improve.
