Rather than trying to do a decent cloning job I would choose to crop in a bit closer instead. You might still end up needing to do a spot of cloning but you can reduce what is required and make the tiger relatively larger in the frame.

Initially, I wouldn't have cropped-out the stump, thinking the tiger needs some space to look into. However, a quick test shows that their is still enough space to not make the tiger feel 'cramped'. You could try adding some vignetting, and/or de-saturating to give it a vintage look.
It's a shame there aren't more stumps going across the frame, would make for some interesting foreground elements.
