Default Can someone please tell me why?

I've noticed that all of the indoor photos I took turned out to be the funny colors that don't match the original color at all.
I've attached one photo so that you can see what I'm talking about. The light in the restaurant is kinda dark and it looks a little red to me. Here is the information about my camera and the photo.

Camera: Canon EOS Rebel T1i
Settings:
Shutter Speed: 1/5
AV=8.0
ISO=1600
Flash =off

I don't know why I sometimes couldn't change the F-stop, it will set at 5.6.

Now, I have some questions for you too. What is exposure bias?

Thanks for your help.
I'm kinda frustrated after I tried so many but not one came out right.
