There is enough image here that I thought I would just clean around it and see what could be buffed and polished:
- Cropped down to a simple background frame
- Selected subject, removed background on separate layer
- Darkened, lowered contrast, blurred first copy layer
- Selected, lightened lower face
- Selected eyes, lightened, sharpened
- Buffed, polished, despeckled subject (reduced noise)
