I see this kind of thing from time to time and always try to capture it. They are arrangements of everyday items that seem to have arranged themselves into something special. In this image I like everything but the folio; I just don't think it fits with the other items and it is too much; causes the composition to look 'busy.' I think the arrangement of the watch, the collar stays and the cuff links would work fine on the dark wood. Oh, and I would work hard to try to keep the watchband in focus.
