Lots of steps here. Keep inmind each step is done on a different layer. Rotated image. Adjusted saturation to almost a sepia tone. Added butterflies by using tubes set to diferent sizes. Added water by using Flaming Pears flood tool. Copied and pasted onto a texture layer that was premade and ereased some of the edges to make it blend it a little better. Pasted on the face and the larger butterfly as a new layer and then changed blend modes to overlay and adjusted opacity to what i liked. merged all layers. added a border and then a larger border for the frame. Used the wand to make a selction and then used the inner bevel effect to give it some depth
