My resolution is rather newbie like. I really want to understand the basics of photography. I've done the whole point and shoot thing for ages, and with my really nice camera I think it's time to understand the basics. It's driving me completely nutters that the book my grandmother gave me as a companion to the camera says "it also assumes you have a basic understanding of things like focusing, shutter speeds, and f-stops."
Yeah, those would be the basics that I know *nothing* about.
