Very simple. I just frescoed the original in Photoshop and inverted the colors. After that, something told me this was a face. So I grabbed a brush and drew the eyes in, minus the pupils. I made sure to draw the nose so that the bee was on the outside because it sucks to have a bee in your nose. The mouth line was already there.
