New Zealand's privacy laws are very similar to those in Aus. People shooting in NZ should be aware of this article on
Unlawful Photography in Public Places. Otherwise, the article posted on
NSW Photo Rights covers most of the same issues for NZ. If in doubt though, double check before shooting, because asking is much cheaper than a lawsuit
