Very peaceful scene.
The mountain makes a nice subject although it is a rather small within the frame.
The tire tracks in the foreground are doing nothing for this shot but I assume you didn't want to lose any of the small waves.
I do like the diagnol line of the shore which is much better than a boring straight line.
The glimpse of mountains on the left are distracting and should probably be cropped out. In fact I would be tempted to square the crop a bit as well as straighten the horizon a bit.
It appears the shot was taken at eye level and if you think about it, 95% or more people would have used the same vantage point. Make your shot unique by trying something different such as getting down low and framing the picture.
