hmm creativity is a part of photography - so try to be creative
How about this idea: take a black person and put him/her against black background (make sure to set up lighting in a way that any details of the background are not visible). Then do the same with a white person but against white background. Then convert your pics to B&W
You can also work with low-key (for black person) and high-key (for white person).
