Example,
First thing I did was to crop it down and mirror it. Then using Rafelct four seasons I added in a new sky (which I killed the railings but with more time it wouldnt have happened)
Next I used Niks Silver Efex to convert to B & W. Mura Meisters clouds for a bit of fog and last but not least added a vignette using Nik Color Efex Pro. Sure liked my plugins today!
