Hello, I made this shot when the sky was to get dark and lights were just to be turned on.
My question about the picture is whether the bottom part of the image is kind of distracting and should be cut off. I actually thought of excluding that bottom part when I composed the image, but that would force me to cut some of the buildings in the background as I was on the walk way of the bridge and could not move any further.
Aside from that, how do you think could I make the shot like this better? Thanks everybody.
