I did a few minor touch ups with PS Elements (cleaned up her eyes, fixed the contrast and white balance) but any other suggestions or feedback as to how I could improve the shot would be greatly appreciated.

There is a bit to much area above your subject and the chair to the right is distracting. Here is a quick edit.
