Hmm...you have surely captured a very nice landscape and personally i don't think that composition needs much work. As far as the "dullness" is concerned, yes, the photo does lack sharper colors. Although post processing could rectify that if you had taken the photo at the time of the day when there is more light...then it would have turned out better too.
