I've just merged your two threads together and moved them over to the technique area where they're better suited.
As Chewys Dad said, it would be useful to know some of the settings that you're using (even the auto ones since sometimes even auto gets it wrong). A shorter shutter speed or a smaller aperture (e.g. larger number) might get more in focus for example.
