This is my first time to try this "what would you do" stuff.
Threw this together really fast, if you were to view it large then you could see lots of mistakes.
- Opened in gimp.
- First added a stock texture I found on the internet that is sorta like a canvas.
- Filters>Artistic>Apply Canvas
- Used the smudge tool on the original image
- Used the dodge tool on the canvas layer
- Flattened image
- Maybe some other things
