I tried to get this to be a black and white but nothing really looked right. So, with all the wonderful colors in I thought it might look nice as a paitning. So I simply ran it thru Corel Painter under the underpainting effect. Brought it back into PSP and added a fractalious effect layer, Changed the blend mode to overlay and lowered the opcaity. This gave the lighter colors a bit of a boost.
