Thanksgiving is coming up for those who celebrate. Being American, I take my celebration over here, and still make a full Thanksgiving dinner. It seems like a bit of a heavy meal (considering it's well into spring), but I can't help it
So, I've got my shopping list, and tonight I will go grocery shopping.
My menu for tomorrow is:
- Turkey
- Broccoli
- Cranberry & Pecan Stuffing
- Bread Rolls
- Potato Dumplings (just like my great-aunt used to make)
And for dessert:
- Either molasses cookies in vanilla ice cream OR
- Some sort of pie... possibly apple with vanilla ice cream, or maybe cherry if I can find some cherries...
