Default My very first fashion runway shoot

(Reformat)
Right I think I started off on the wrong foot here. I obviously didn't read the forum rules, which is why I now re-format my post

I did my first catwalk photoshoot Saturday (Runway was held by Mexx). I'm wondering about what people think after they have seen the images, and what I'm most curious about is the composition and the lightning. Anywho, it was hell shooting there due to quite some people using their strobe at max power (I got tons of images on which people their faces are completely blown out). And I know this is off topic; is there anyone that has done runway photography and experienced this too?

Anywho, for the photo's I used aperture priority and used an aperture between 5.6 and 8.

More images can be found here: Catwalk Mexx - a set on Flickr
Camera: Nikon D300S
Exposure: 0.02 sec (1/50)
Aperture: f/4.8
Focal Length: 62 mm
Exposure: 0.00
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: On, Return detected

Thanks in advance for commenting/judging/criticism
