I like number 5, the circle lets you work a colour into all your branding. There's something not quite right about the font though, I think the kearning could use a touch up and it might be the font or just the compression, but the "e" looks like a slightly different size to the rest of the letters?
Also you could try using a slightly different colour / shade for you surname to your first name?
Other than that, I'd recommend doing everything in vector rather than bitmap - I've got no idea if you can do that in paintshop or not???
