I had this happend to me once also.
I'm a photographer for a local garden magazine and when I went out to take pictures, the lady whose house I was shooting came outside with her camera too! I was floored!
btw: I just looked at the shots you posted and they are very good! Beautiful fall colors and nice composition. She's probably just one of "those" people.
