I am in the same boat as you are. I decided I really wanted to get the flash off the camera and dip seriously into multiple off camera lights.

Everyone has their own personal opinion about equipment to use. I decided to use
cybersync (alienbees) triggers instead of trying the cheap eBay triggers or going all out with pocket wizards or radio poppers.
