To get this car to stand out, I'd be thinking about doing two things, both aimed at getting the background out of focus.

First - I'd be parking the car 10-20m away from the edge of the carpark - put distance between the car and the background.

From an aperture perspective - depends on the focal length of your lens - I'd be thinking a 70mm @ f4.5 would be enough to get the whole car in focus, leaving your background nice & blurry.

Experiment - it's the only way to learn!
