In many very important situations i have forgotten to put off the 12 s. timer. And i felt so stupid seeing the people smiling and ready and me holding my camera set in timer and every "beep" reminding me how stupid i am at that time.
I also very often forget to set back my ISO. And three times in 3 years i have forgotten my SD Card at home.
