Lets see if i can remember cause i did a lot of steps. Well first I used the displacment effect and set the limits to upper left (i think or it might have been right) I then mirrored the image and then went back into effects and created a circle with the repeat selection. I then used the pick tool and streched the image out until all i could see were the one image and then cropped it down. Next I played with the saturation but it wasnt bold enough for me so I used the virtual photographer plug in and set it to Fast process which gave it a deeper green. Added some borders to it and here ya go!
