I think the angle is good - having him framed completely against the sky is very nice. I think you could've taken out a little of the headroom, it seems just a bit much. Where you framed the bottom of the image looks great. I would've panned to the right, placing the skater in the left, so that A. the box/ledge/water bottle on the left wouldn't be in the frame, and B. the rail would lead your eye into the image. Or shoot it vertical and tighter - it feels a bit loose.
