I bought one the other day, but it's going back.

In theory, it works for me. Its comfortable and very handy. The problem is the execution. I'd have preferred it to NOT connect to the tripod socket. Even on a tripod the camera often comes loose, so having it on a strap like that is not confidence-inspiring. The reliance on the tripod socket also means that any vertical shots taken with a battery grip are practically impossible because the connector for the strap is right in the middle of my palm. It's fine if you dont use a grip, but for anything else I'll pass.

The $70 (CAD) pricetag was a bit steep too.
