ASSIGNMENT: In My Life
My girlfriend Marit. We've been together for almost seven years now, and planning to stay together for a whole lot more.
Shot just outside Amsterdam, five minutes from our home. I wanted to practice balancing flash with the available light from the set sun. The photo was lit with a 430EX speedlite above her head. I fully extended my tripod with the flash on it, and lifted it above her head. Triggered the camera by remote with my other hand.
