Default Assignment A Mistake

I took this image back in 2005 (I know quite a while ago, but I liked it that much I have kept it all these years) I was using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5 back then and the occasion was our village fireworks night. The villagers have a parade before the firework display and I was taking pictures of the floats as they went past. When I got home, I was quite disapointed as none of the images where any good until I got to this one. I didn't realise how well this image looked when I took it. The combination of slow shutter speed, moving float and hand/camera shake has added to the effect as the freeky figure loured at me.

Exposure Mode: Manual
Focal Length: 36mm
f/2.8 1sec
Metering Mode: Pattern
White balance: Cloudy.
