Regarding the EXIF data, well: there are many ways to skin that cat.
I would guess you can pull it out from photobucket. I you can't you may be able to download a nice piece of free software (and all its plugins) from:

Then open your picture, click in the image tab followed by info and EXIF in the newly opened window and WALLA!:
