The exif file is very important here for critique because it helps us analyse wht may have been done wrong or good on the shot. for example the shot is lovely but seems a bit soft on focus but this also may be due to a long exposure and your kid moving while the shot is taken as we see the hands almost invisible due to motion. I think the composition is fine and lighting too. i like the BW conversion.

I pretty much agree on all the above.
Getting a shot as good as this at 1/13 is not bad at all thou.
