I agree with dcclark about the composition but taking into consideration that you didn't have a tripod, so we really can't change the angle that much. regarding the exposure, i would suggest a shorter exposure. the lights are overexposed IMO. if you like a cooler tone, you can change the white balance to tungsten, i find it useful for night photography. thanks for posting!
