Have just discovered this forum site. I am from New Zealand and discovered a love for photography about a year ago. Have been taking lots of pics for Horse events and Hunts that my daughter has been involved in as well as dabbling in some other areas. Am using a Nikon D40 SLR digital camera with a variety of lenses. My photos are on flickr and have recently started a website -

Have a challenge coming up over the weekend of taking a picture of the 100 to 150 members of the Hunting Association on their horses for the Centennial picture book 2010.
Any tips on taking a "crowd" outside with moving horses and people would be appreciated! Getting myself elevated may be a challenge, unless I can get up onto of a horse truck! Rain may also be a challenge as umbrellas may be out of the question due to the horses!
