hi

i took a pic at a public demo of dancing at a community centre. legally, do i require permmission to sell it for editorial use

[this question could be in a different situation] if the subject gives permission to freely use a digital image is it normal/proffessioal to give them [a] a print or [b] a useable digital image [c] rights to use the image.

i realize it would good to ask for permission even if not legally required.

this relates to the uk
