First I split the image to rgb (to use later as a mask) and chose the blue channel as that had the most contrast. Using levels played with the sliders until the image was 100% black and white. Next I took the color image and pasted anew sky in as a new layer. Now, I went to layers, mask, from current image and chose the blue channel image for my mask. I now have a bird on a new sky. Keeping the bird image highlighted I used the fractalious filter on it twice and then used the warp tool set to push to reshape the bird. Merged images and destaurated. Added lightning and boosted the contrast. then pasted into a premade frame
