"I need to get much quicker about setting up. Setup and breakdown is around 15-30 min for each setup and breakdown. That is background, 2 flash stands with flashes and a boom stand. And then testing to get lighting right."

It's just going to take some time setting up and tearing down and it will start to go faster the more times you do it. Like I said, I'm also a musician and I set up my bass rig and the entire PA for the band. The first time I set up my lights I said to my wife "this is like setting up for the band." So I'm a bit slow with the light right now but I know that, like the band setup, it will get faster over time. You'll find a flow that will work for you and believe me the time will get cut in the long haul.
