Im not quite sure what i did in post because my eye isn't that colour and i definitely didn't do it in photoshop itself, somethink in the raw converter but i can't think what....
I do remember lightening and desaturating the oranges (skin) to get that white colour and i did bump up the saturation on the iris but i dont't know how....lol!

Ps. I have just got some cheap ebay extension tubes and my uncle has given me a old (very old) 28-200 tamaron lens, WITH and aperture ring so keep and eye out on my
flickr photostream for some really cool up close ups of my eye!
