Hello all!
I was just wondering if there was any Sony DSC-R1 fans aboard DPS? I'm currently traveling and an opportunity has come up for me to buy one pretty cheap! I've read about these cameras before and it seems they are a bit of an oddity and rarity - and the Carl Zeiss is very nice on them too!
Although fixed lens, this camera seems like an all rounder nice camera - especially with the manual focus ring on it!
My question was - can anyone here recommend the camera? Or also - does anyone here use this camera in a professional sense for news photo journalism, wedding photography and such?
Just curious to see if this camera still holds up generally? Thanks!
